Many of us are feeling called to step-up and lead right now.
To stand in our truth, in our soul-led message, and in the legacy we want to leave in this lifetime.
A calling that inspires us to want to make a change in the world - in our own unique way.
To impact those we feel called to serve. To hold a safe space for them to feel expansion and growth so they can step into the best and truest version of themselves.
So, they have the courage and strength to lead in their unique way.
And so the ripple effect begins.

If you’re feeling called to step-up and lead in this way, it can be easy to be so focused on those you want to serve that your own needs take a back step. I know because I have done this.
Becoming weary and burnt out because all my focus and attention was on everyone else. And on the surface, this is not a bad thing.
It shows passion and tenacity for your work and excitement for the change you are here to make.
But, in that excitement, it can be easy to forget your own needs. You can become tired and disheartened and then frustrated in the struggle because you’re trying to serve from an empty cup.
If you are feeling called to lead others, it is time to lead by example and be the leader for yourself, too.
The leader of your own life - standing in your truth, whatever that means for you. Courageously and consistently honouring your values.
Putting in place strong boundaries because you know how you want to be treated by others and making it non-negotiable.
Whether that be clients, partners, lovers, or friends and then knowing that the expectation will be met.
Being the CEO and making decisions - with the structure you need in your life and business.
Delegating - even when it’s not easy to let go.
Having those challenging conversations and taking the risks.
Standing at the crossroads of choice, when you have two paths in front of you. The comfortable, safe path that you’ve always known and feels so familiar or the unknown path, that feels scary and unbelievably exciting all at the same time.
All these are attributes of a truly amazing leader.
Being the leader of your own life sets a powerful example for others to follow.
It causes a reaction. A ripple effect.
Giving others permission to step-up, to be strong with their boundaries, and have non-negotiable standards as they follow the path you have led.
This is not about being forceful, overbearing, or cajoling others to do it ‘your way.’
You are bringing a grounded sense of certainty for others to follow as they feel they can also trust themselves to shine as their true self.
So, like you, they feel they no longer have to fit in, or run their life and business in a way they feel they should do.
No. This is you being the leader of your own life. Showing others what that means so they can do the same.
And most importantly of all, you are setting an example and encouraging the next generation and future generations to do the same, as they honour the womxn that have gone before them.
So, as you give yourself permission to be the leader of your own life, I would like to leave you with one last reminder.

You are ENOUGH to lead. To lead others as well as be the leader of your own life.
You are strong and brave enough to be your true self.
You don’t need a façade.
You don’t need to rein it in or quiet your voice.
It is time to live your life, the way you want to live it.
You have it all within you.
Embrace your beautiful uniqueness in all her glory.
Radiating out to others as you embrace all that you are.
Giving them permission to do the same.
No one can do what you do in the way that you do it. No one can lead with your energy, with your charisma, with your vibrancy.
Have the faith, trust, and discernment that those you are here to serve will be drawn to you. Decide in this moment to lead in a way that feels Divine to you. It doesn’t matter if it’s not the way everyone else is doing it. The world needs different. It needs unique. It needs change-makers.
Live within your truth.
Embrace everything that’s inside you.
Your people will love you.
Your people will listen.
And more importantly they will hear.
